Where do I bring my car for my detail / valet to be carried out? How do I pay for your services?
Its always a pain to find time to take your car to be cleaned so whether at home or at work, we come to you and we also now have a choice of two units for extreme makeover and detailing to be undertaken.
How do I make a booking and how much notice is needed?
It may be as little notice as 1 hour but we aim to accept bookings within a 24 hour frame Depending on day to day work loads. It would be advisory to book plenty in advance as to avoid delay or disappointment more so for detailing work to be carried out. We typically carry out a visual inspection prior to booking to ensure we can cater for your needs and explain all the potential issues, timescales and costs that are incorporated into the services being undertaken.
We accept cash, Cheque and Paypal as forms of payment. Paypal payment's can be made as direct from Paypal accounts or all major debit / credit cards can be accepted through this method also.
Do you require a deposit for my valet / detail booking?
We generally work along mutual trust however. We do take deposits and feel this is best practice to secure your valet / detail service. This ensures that both parties are comfortable and set on service commencing. Deposit will be worked out on a percentage of the service being booked at the time. Cancellation 48 hour's before service is to commence will resort in loss of deposit.
How long will my valet / detail take?
Depending on which valet or detailing service is booked, it could take as little as half an hour for just a wash and up to 4-6 hours for a full or tailored valet though for detailing services time scales are as little as one day, maximum of 3 days. We target completing your valet / detail by the book and in a timely and professional manner. Our aim is to meet your every expectation and any less than 100% satisfaction in our minds is not enough. Once again, if it is detailing, paint correction etc, majority of vehicles are different to one another so time scales can be between 1 day to 3 days dependent on the detail being carried out and what form of detail you require.
I keep seeing and hearing about detailing, what is this?

Im uncomfortable with someone other than myself working on my vehicle are you insured to do so?
We are fully insured by coversure in swindon whom are specialists in the valeting & detailing sectors. We are covered for public liability and vehicle indemnity so your pride and joy is in safe hands.
I have a motorhome, could you valet this?
We sure can! We have undertaken extreme work on static caravans, motorhomes, private light aircraft and more..........we like a challange.
My wheels are in a dire state and I've tried everything can you help?
Yes we can. We carry three types of cleaner to clean, brighten and enhance the finish of your wheels without damaging there coatings and finish also our clay bar treatment can be used to remove and perfect the finish of your wheels. We carry many fine polishes, sealants and waxes and even specialist wheel sealant and wax products. Everyday wear does happen to any vehicle and anyone can deter the damage by having regular valets.
Do you need access to water and power?
We carry 175 litres of water ( enough for several cars ) and 80 meters of extension cable, however we are working on getting a vehicle in the future with a slightly larger onboard water supply & power supply via inversion kit as generators are very harmfull to the environment be it emisions or noise pollution. At present though we would appreciate the use of a socket for electric. We do also offer a waterless wash program offering with optimum no rinse which is one of the proven safest waterless wash systems on the market.
I park under a tree at work and there seems to be a roughness to my paint, can you remove it?
This is known as tree sap and yes we can. Sap consists primarily of water, along with hormones, minerals, and nutrients and the chemical reaction creates a sticky residue which if landed on paintwork and untreated can cause long term damage. If washed correctly and treated with clay bar this will remove the bonded contamination your car has received though some severe cases have needed machine polishing to finish and refine. Add a quality sealant and or carnauba wax to help prevent this happening again and you'er on to a winner.
